This bud looks amazing. The nugs were large and bulbous, weighing around 1.5g a piece. The color was simply beautiful, infested with vibrant orange hairs. The swollen calyx’s had an apparent purplish hue to them which was absolutely lovely. The formation of the actual buds themselves were borderline perfect, a little airy, but I’m sure if given proper time to cure it would have been perfect.
The Casey Jones had a very floral smell when you take a quick whiff from the bag, but once you break it up, your nostrils are infiltrated with a stinky, musky aroma combined with a little bit of fruit. In other words..mouth watering.
Was not extremely profound but had the qualities of fruit with a little bit of a skunky after taste.
Ideal sativa, being an indica fan myself, this bud was definitely a refreshing mix up. We don’t get too many quality sativas from my neck of the woods so when I blazed and felt like putting in a work out right after, I was very pleased.
Medium – around an hour, maybe an hour and a half if I put in a good session.
I was more than impressed with this batch of my dealer’s Casey Jones. Smoked really smooth, even after taking large rips. There was little chest expansion which allowed for a relaxing exhale. I’m adding this one to my top sativas and I recommend this for anyone who is looking for an active cannabis for the day’s tasks. –nycdgrower
