This Sour Diesel Honeycomb is a darker golden yellow chunk with a few smaller chunks that look like gold nuggets.  It’s a little dry but good for dunks and putting it on my dabber was easy with my skillet tools dabber but a little hard to get on glass.  Tested at SC Laboritories at 83.0% THC, 1.7% CBD, 0.5% CBN– a total of 85.20% total active cannabinoids.

Smell:

This honeycomb has a sweet but spicy hash scent that reminds me of bubble hash I have had in the past.

Taste:

The Sour Diesel is no where present in the taste, just like the smell.  It has a planty hash taste that reminded me of smoking kief.

Buzz Type:

It took a couple dabs to get me to feel medicated but once I was I got a heavy feeling in my eyes along with a fuzziness in my brain.  There was a warm feeling on my face like someone placed a warm face cloth on my forehead that gave me a cerebral buzz that messes with my memory.

Buzz Length:

3+ hours.

Overall:

I thought because of the smell, price and taste that this wasn’t going to be a good concentrate, so I mixed it with some flower but I would soon be taking my words back.  This mixed with Mayan OG had me stuck fumbling around like my brain didn’t work.  At times I couldn’t even think straight because it felt like my mind shut off making me go to sleep not too soon after after midnight on New Years.  –MrCaliMatt420

    Now that's a decent price for a trim run oil.. It does seem the smell and taste reflect why. Still sounds pretty potent considering.

    All SD trim I have run came out a skunky diesel funk! Makes me wonder the quality of materials they used.

    nice review! looks fire
    i think the flavor you get on a trim run is pretty dependent on how the trim has been handled, to which there are a lot of factors. i've gotten sorta plain hash oily tastes from some runs and the concentrated taste of the flower from others.
    one thing's consistent though. it's always pretty much just as potent as nug oil run the same. the real trade off is you definitely can't get flavor as good with trim

    Pretty good prices for trim run, especially if you go on a 20% concentrates day. Bummer about the smell and taste but thats trim runs for ya.
